Thank you to Hogan Lovell’s ‘Caribbean Desk’ for hosting a wonderful Celebratory Drinks Reception in Honour of Grenada’s 50th Anniversary of Independence. A fitting event to proudly mark Grenada’s golden jubilee of independence which rallies around the 50th theme of “One People, One Journey, One Future”. An anniversary slogan that captures the essence of a strong nation, the island’s diversity, shared experiences and collective identity.
HE Racher Croney, High Commissioner to the UK for Grenada served as patron for the event and Akima Paul Lambert, Partner at Hogan Lovells delivered a wonderful and thought provoking Grenada 50 Commemorative Public Lecture on the theme of “In Everybody’s Backyard: How the Diaspora can harness skills for Grenada’s Development.”
