The Caribbean Council were pleased to co-host a recent event in London with the BVI IAC focused on “Navigating Dispute Resolution Challenges in the Caribbean Market.”

• Use of standard forms in the Caribbean and its impact on project delivery
• Current trends in the Caribbean construction industry
• The current legal landscape within the Caribbean and examining the challenges of resolving disputes under an outdated framework. 
• Exploring potential reforms within the regulatory environment
